HAMPTON, NH – May 19, 2016: Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc. (SAN) is pleased to announce that Christine Kopec has been promoted to the position of Agency Development Field Specialist for Eastern Massachusetts. In her new role, Christine will join forces with the territory’s Regional Vice President, Cindy Prouty. SAN continuously seeks ways to provide exceptional service to its member agencies, and the addition of this important field support role reflects a strong commitment to high service levels.
In her new position, Christine will consult with Eastern Massachusetts SAN member agencies on start-up challenges and solutions, the SIAA Business Insurance Advantage program (increasing commercial lines), and overall premium growth. She will also establish access to third-party providers, connect members with marketing and management support tools, and offer on-going support to all SAN members in Eastern Massachusetts.
“Bringing Christine on-board as part of SAN Group’s Agency Development team is a result of the success we are seeing with our Agency Development Field Specialist positions, and the proven performance of Christine herself,” said SAN’s VP of Agency Operations and Services, Jeff Holmes. “She will be a great resource to the member agents and to Cindy Prouty.”
A seasoned professional, Christine has been with SAN’s AccessPlus team since 2007, most recently as Team Lead – Commercial Lines. She has extensive experience in mentoring member agencies with submission preparation, identifying target markets, increasing lines of business, training and education, and most notably, to assist with growth in commercial lines. Christine is proficient in the use of a number of agency management systems and other technology platforms.
“I am very excited to begin this new role,” stated Kopec. “Over the years, I have built strong business relationships with many of the member agents in Massachusetts, and I am looking forward to working with them in this new capacity.”
Christine holds both the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designations, and resides in Massachusetts with her husband and children.
