New AccessPlus team member brings business insurance expertise to agency network
HAMPTON, NH ⦁ November 9, 2017: Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc. (SAN), the largest alliance of independent insurance agencies in the Northeast, recently hired Karen Landry as Commercial Lines Placement Specialist for its AccessPlus department.
Reporting to Sarah Bassett, AccessPlus Manager, Landry is responsible for the placement of new commercial business accounts on behalf of SAN member agencies, and will work closely with member agents and insurance carriers to streamline the delivery of information on new and renewal insurance policies.
“Karen brings significant experience in account management, sales, client service and marketing to the AccessPlus team,” said Bassett. “She will be a tremendous asset, as she has the industry knowledge and expertise that is essential for assisting SAN member agencies match their business clients’ insurance needs with the best carriers and products. We are thrilled to have Karen with us.”
Prior to joining SAN Group, Landry served as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with one of the largest independent insurance agencies headquartered in New England. She was responsible for all aspects of consultative client interaction for service and sales, maintaining a book of over $500,000 in revenue. Landry has additional training in personal lines, life & health, and bookkeeping.
A New Hampshire native, Landry earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire. She is licensed in property and casualty, and is working toward her CIC designation.
