HAMPTON, NH ⦁ July 21, 2016: Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc. (SAN) is pleased to announce and welcome its recent hires of Jeff Siebert, CLU who will join the SAN team as Regional Vice President of Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania, and Don Eaton, who will serve as Agency Development Field Specialist for the same territory.

As Regional Vice President, Jeff Siebert is responsible for membership service, development, and insurance company relations for all SAN Group member agencies in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania.

“Jeff draws on a strong business development and growth track record that will be instrumental in this role,” said SAN’s Chief Operating Officer, Frank Waters. “His significant experience in sales and management will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow our presence, and we are thrilled to have him join the team.”

Jeff worked for nearly 10 years as a State Farm agent, where he successfully established his agency and then built a profitable book of business, qualifying him into State Farm’s Legion of Honor program, and recognizing him for his selling ability of auto, home, health, and life insurance. He holds a B.A. in Communication from Purdue University, is working towards his CPCU designation, and resides in New York.

Joining Jeff on the Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania field team is Don Eaton, who will serve as Agency Development Field Specialist. Don will consult with SAN member agencies in the territory, and be a resource for agency start-up challenges, increasing commercial lines premium, the use of technology, as well as new business and retention strategies.

As a licensed insurance professional of nearly 20 years, Don has extensive experience in both commercial and personal lines and the related prospecting, sales and servicing of accounts. In addition, he has many years of entrepreneurial and management experience, and has a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and relationship building.

Don is licensed in Property & Casualty in NY and PA, and Life & Health in NY. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College, and resides in New York.
