SAN Group follows a formalized, tried and tested "Quality
Control Program". This program is in place to maximize
earnings as well as Agency participation in profit sharing,
overrides and growth bonuses. SAN shares all profit sharing
and excess compensation with its Agencies that produce profitable
business.
None of
it starts until a prospective Agency goes through an extensive
appointment process to join the Network. SAN Group is not
a “take all comers” program. We are looking for
agencies that want to GROW and be PROFITABLE.
