system through the implementation of a uniquely designed,
multi-level partnering program. In addition to supporting
the Independent Agency system, our unique structure allows
us to offer insurance carriers and related vendors access
to a large distribution network and to distribute their products
and services at a reduced expense ratio due to our network
involvement and sponsorship. In many such relationships, additional
compensation opportunities are passed on to the Independent
Satellite Member as they grow and their volume is combined throughout the
network.
